Together with other 500 B Corps from all over the world, we committed to achieve Carbon Neutrality by 2030. We are engaging in a process of quantification, reduction and compensation of our CO2 emissions to take charge of our environmental impacts, and make our activities climate-friendly. UPS offers us the ability to counter-balance the carbon dioxide emissions generated by the transport of our packages through carbon offsetting. This means that for every ton of CO2 a package produces in transportation, an equivalent amount of CO2 is saved by a verified emission reduction project somewhere else in the world. By participating in the UPS carbon neutral program, we will be supporting emissions reduction projects that help mitigate the climate impact of shipping our parcels.

- Exchanges: Free shipping.
- Return for Refund: $15 will be deducted from your refund for shipping and handling.
We stand behind our products and hope you will love them as much as we do. However, if you are not satisfied you have 14 days to return your items. Exchange & return shipping fees are on us!
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with its original tags and travel bags.
If the items returned have man-made damages (soiled, make-up, perfume, non-manufacturer defect damages, etc.) we will send back the item to you and no refunds will be processed.
Please note that returns may take up to 2 weeks to be processed starting on the day the return was delivered to our warehouse.
