We adhere to the Women's Empowerment Principles to promote gender equality throughout our value chain.

We support the Women's Empowerment Principles

In 2020, we signed the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs), seven principles developed by UN Global Compact and UN Women that promote gender equality and the empowerment of women in the workplace, in the market and in the community.

Diversity & Inclusion Policy

To this end, in 2021, we drafted our Diversity & Inclusion Policy, aimed at guaranteeing equal dignity and rights for all without discrimination of any kind, aiming to eliminate any inequity between the people, partners and communities with which we work.

D&I: our guiding principles

In line with the objectives of the WEPs and SDG 5, we have defined an action plan to implement our Diversity and Inclusion Policy.

The principles are based on adopting an agile mindset, valuing talent diversity, offering equal opportunities and promoting a gender-neutral approach in our products and marketing communication.
