Our principles
As we state in our Code of Ethics, respect for human rights and a workplace that is safe and free from any type of violence and discrimination are principles that we want to bring into our value chain. For this reason, we have adhered to the ten principles of the UN Global Compact and we seek to contribute with our work to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations 2030 Agenda.
In line with our commitments, we have also adhered to the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs), so that the promotion of gender equality is increasingly integrated within our governance.
Diversity and inclusion
In 2021, we drafted our Diversity and Inclusion Policy, which guarantees and promotes equal dignity and rights for all, aiming at the elimination of any injustice and discrimination between the people, partners and the communities with whom we work.
